What we are looking for
  • Manage the entire end to end recruitment process across tech & non-tech hiring within the specified timelines
  • Create job descriptions & assist the managers to outline the role requirements along with the business – plan recruitment campaigns, identify and work on sourcing solutions, oversee creating job postings, manage candidate applications , conduct interviews, provide feedback to the candidates, offer negotiations, releasing offers etc.
  • Responsible for actively sourcing through Headhunting, Job portals , Social media & generating employee referrals
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management ,conducting assessment of potential candidates
  • Demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
  • Identify, initiate and manage multiple recruiting campaigns, programs on social media platforms.
  • Work closely with recruitment agencies for specific roles as required, ensuring that they have been provided with appropriate job briefs, and are providing candidates fulfilling the requirements.
  • Support Employer Branding Activities
  • Identify areas for improvement in current practices & processes
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of new talent solutions
  • Improve interview experience for both candidate & Interview panel.
  • Ensure personal and organizational compliance with local legislation and HR policies and adherence to compliance standards.

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment
  • Prior experience of building up a team from scratch is an added advantage
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills & communication skills – written and oral

  • Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
