When we onboard a product within Operator as a Service, we start with a 4 to 6 weeks time-bound exercise to get everyone on the same page and drive clarity on what we are building and who we are building for.
Now that we understand what we are building, who we are building for, our target persona, and market positioning, we spend 2 to 4 weeks to update and standardize our branding guidelines and create an application design framework to be implemented in the next 12 to 18 months.
Once the product roadmap is plotted out, customer understood, and design framework identified, we move to the shipping code!
Our product deployment cycles are typically monthly and we adjust them based on the engagement. At the start of each deployment cycle, we define the Customer Sprint Acceptance Criteria. While the engineering team is at work delivering this cycle, the product team works with our OaaS Partner to detail out the requirements for the next sprint and continues to groom the backlog as required.
