How Our Venture Studio Model Works?
We typically commit between $50,000 and $100,000 to each idea. Ideas generated within the FirstPrinciples are funded fully by the Venture Studio and ideas in partnership with domain experts and partners are funded based on the equity split of that specific project.
We set stages with specific benchmarks and metrics for each stage and pre-commit to making an investment upon the project hitting the benchmark.
Each idea starts with a market validation test that uses landing pages, visual prototypes, customer interviews, and other techniques to understand the market and also prioritize features.
After the validation test, we iteratively build and launch a product, and in most cases, have a revenue goal to hit before moving the project to the next iterative stage.
