April 20th, 2022 | Seattle, WA – FirstPrinciples has acquired Ukraine-based HR SaaS company, Lanteria, as part of its expanding portfolio of global B2B software products. As companies around the world are struggling to attract and manage talent, FirstPrinciples is committed to building a global network of world-class engineers, marketers, and operations specialists.
With over 200k users, Lanteria serves customers from 40 different countries. The company is currently headquartered in Seattle and Kiev. Due to the war in Ukraine, the majority of the team has been displaced, and the company will be operating fully remote.
FirstPrinciples will expand the growth of the company, investing heavily in hiring more talent in both Ukraine and the US.
Stepping into the new role of CEO is Andrew Swiler, who is also a partner at FirstPrinciples. Andrew has 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and private equity operator.
Nav Rajput has also joined the company in the capacity of a board member. Nav brings in a plethora of experience having scaled multiple B2B SaaS companies to scale to more than a million on ARR.

FirstPrinciples has previously scaled many B2B companies and together with Lanteria’s team, our collective goal will be to grow this product on all levels making it the best B2B HRMS platform,” said Nav Rajput, who is the current CPO and Partner at FirstPrinciples, about the acquisition of the company.
